Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return & Refund Window
• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• After 30 days from delivery, returns and refunds are no longer available.
• To start a return, please email us at support@autonetservice.ca. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

3. Fees & Deductions
• If the return is not due to our error (for example: change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• A $15 processing/handling fee may apply to cover order processing costs.
• A restocking fee of $35–$50 will be deducted if:
o The return is requested more than 15 days after delivery, or
o The return is accepted but the order was correctly fulfilled.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
• In these cases, we will cover return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
• Photos may be required for verification.

5. Order Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• If cancelled after 12 hours (but before shipping), a $15 handling fee will apply.
• Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected (within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of approval.
• If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete processing.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For the same item replacement, please contact us at support@autonetservice.ca.

8. Important Notes
• Promotional price differences: Refunds for price differences are only available within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Due to the complexity of international shipping, we cannot accept returns based on delays or customer expectations of shipping times. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
